SusCom Customers to Receive Video Email
SusCom Announces Video Email for High Speed Internet Service

(YORK, Pa), April 1, 2005 - After more than tripling the download speed of its standard high-speed Internet service to 5Mbps, SusCom is now offering free video email to its current cable modem customers.

On April 4, 2005, SusCom will add video email to its standard high-speed Internet service. Customers will be able to connect with friends, family members and co-workers and record up to 45 seconds of video and audio. Customers also can create video greeting cards to send through email or mix digital photos with video and record audio to accompany personal photos in a "storytelling" mode. Video email is provided to all SusCom High Speed Internet residential service customers in the York, PA; Williamsport, PA; Carmel, NY; Rankin County, MS; Brunswick, ME; Lawrenceburg, IN and Shelbyville, IN markets at no additional charge. Customers will need a webcam to record video email greetings, but anyone with email access can receive and view video email.

SusCom's standard service delivers 5Mbps x 256Kbps connection speeds and offers customers a customizable StartPage with local and national news, sports, stock quotes, entertainment, weather and access to an exclusive package of premium online content. Junk email and virus protection are also included in the service at no charge.
