Mr. Phy began with The Pfaltzgraff Co., a subsidiary of SusCom's parent company, in 1984, following his four-year tenure with Ernst & Young. He advanced to Vice President/Controller of the cable division, where he served for 12 years until his promotion to Senior Vice President/Controller of Susquehanna Media in 1999. Mr. Phy oversees all financial responsibilities for the holding company, which includes SusCom as well as Susquehanna Radio Co. and Susquehanna Data Services, Inc. Mr. Phy is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves the York, PA, community as Board Treasurer of the York Day Nursery and Kindergarten.
