Elizabeth A. Miceli Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Ms. Miceli joined SusCom in 1988 as the Company's senior human resources executive, first as Manager of Administration, then as Director of Human Resources in 1996. She was promoted to Vice President - Human Resources in 1999. Ms. Miceli is responsible for all human resource and personnel operations for SusCom. She develops organizational and personnel initiatives designed to improve operational efficiencies and employee performance. Ms. Miceli is also a part-time Professor of Communications at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA, and a licensed psychotherapist. She serves on a number of community organizations, including the Board of Directors of Access York, the Association for Retarded Citizens, and The York Foundation.
